Who we are


The BlackHat Club (“BHC”, “we”, “us”) operates the site theblackhat.club and related channels (X/Discord/Telegram). Contact: agent@theblackhat.club.

What we collect

  • Website analytics & cookies. Non-identifying usage data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) to improve performance.

  • Contact & community data. Usernames/handles you share with us (X/Discord/Telegram) and messages you send to our official accounts.

  • Wallet & on-chain data. Public wallet addresses and transaction receipts linked to verifications, badges, bounties, LP locks, and similar events. On-chain data is public and cannot be altered or deleted.

  • Operational logs. Interaction events with our agent(s) (timestamps, command usage, hint counters), strictly to protect game integrity and enforce House Rules.

How we use data

  • Operate The Board and verify claims on-chain.

  • Enforce anti-cheat and security measures (including wallet-level bans upon proof).

  • Provide support and publish official updates (“Signals”).

  • Improve the product (analytics, debugging, fraud prevention).

 

Lawful basis


Legitimate interests (operate a fair game, prevent abuse, secure the service) and, where required, consent (cookies/marketing).

Sharing


We use service providers (hosting, analytics, anti-abuse tooling). We do not sell personal data. Public on-chain receipts are inherently shared with the network.

Retention

​

  • Operational logs: minimal and time-bound.

  • On-chain records: permanent by design.

  • We delete or anonymize off-chain logs when no longer needed.

Your choices

  • You can limit cookies via your browser.

  • You may request deletion of off-chain logs that identify you, where feasible.

  • Understand that on-chain entries cannot be removed.

Our services target adults (18+). If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us.

International transfers


Data may be processed outside your country. We use reasonable safeguards with our providers.

We apply technical and organizational measures; no system is perfectly secure. Always verify official links from our site.
